Update - Scroll Wheel

Previously scrolling with a mouse's scroll wheel was unbelievably slow due to a bug present in WebGL games built with any Unity versions earlier than 2021. The bug has been resolved in Unity versions 2021.2.0a1, so the game has been updated accordingly and scrolling with the mouse scroll wheel should be functioning properly.
